Rooted Resilience is a deeply personalized 1:1 coaching experience that weaves together ancient Ayurvedic wisdom and modern healing tools. Each session offers a nurturing space where your grief is witnessed and supported holistically — mind, body, and spirit.

Whether you're coping with the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or a major life transition, this trauma-informed coaching supports you with practical tools, self-compassion, and body-based practices.

    Ayurvedic Wisdom

    We explore how grief affects your unique constitution (dosha) and use personalized self-care rituals, nourishing practices as well as dietary, herbal, and lifestyle recommendations to support your journey.

    Mindfulness Practice

Format: Virtual or in-person (location dependent)

  • The first session (90 minutes) includes a detailed health history, pulse (if in person) or tongue analysis, dosha assessment, and a customized wellness plan with diet, herbs, and lifestyle guidance.

  • Ayurvedic consultations are more in-depth and focus on your unique constitution (dosha), diet, lifestyle, mental health, digestion, sleep, and more. We look for root causes—not just symptoms.

  • As an Ayurvedic Doctor., I do not diagnose diseases in the Western medical sense. Instead, I identify imbalances in your constitution and guide you toward restoring harmony in body and mind.

  • Doshas are the three biological energies—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—that govern physical and mental traits. Your dosha is assessed during your consultation and helps personalize your wellness plan.

  • Absolutely. Ayurveda offers proven tools—like herbal formulations, breathwork, diet adjustments, and daily routines—that address the root of mental and emotional imbalances.

  • Ayurveda complements conventional treatment and can enhance healing, reduce side effects, and support overall well-being. Always consult your healthcare provider before stopping or starting medications.

  • When used correctly and sourced responsibly, Ayurvedic herbs are generally safe. I only recommend high-quality, ethically sourced herbs and always consider your health conditions and medications.

  • Yes. I provide trusted sources or links to purchase U.S.-approved Ayurvedic herbs and formulations.

  • Not necessarily. Ayurveda is all about sustainable shifts, not overnight overhauls. We’ll build a plan that meets you where you are.
