9th Edition of International Conference on Traditional Medicine and Integrative Health

In-Person Talk: Ayurveda for Modern Life: Addressing Stress, Sleep, and grief

Chronic stress, sleep disturbance, and unresolved grief are increasingly prevalent in modern clinical practice and are now understood to be deeply interconnected contributors to nervous system dysregulation, metabolic imbalance, and long-term health risk. This presentation explores stress, sleep disruption, and grief through an Ayurvedic framework, with particular attention to vata dosha imbalance and disturbance of biological rhythms (dinacharya and ritucharya).

Sweta Vikram will be speaking at the Traditional Medicine and Integrative Health Conference in Barcelona, Spain from June 22-24.
